The Problem We Exist to Solve

Meet Kato — a hardworking farmer who sold part of his prized family land to invest in commercial farming. He battled drought, pests, and limited expert support, yet managed to produce a good harvest. But when a country-wide bumper crop drove prices down, Kato was forced to sell at exploitative rates. Without access to proper drying facilities to improve grain quality or a fair market for his produce, his hard work, capital, hope, and dignity were all lost with that harvest.

Kato’s story is shared by millions across Africa:

  • Poverty Trap: Farmers work hard yet remain poor due to lack of capital, markets, and technical support
  • Predatory Market Access: Exploitative buyers force sales at low prices
  • Low Productivity & Knowledge Gaps: No training, no sustainable systems, no access to value addition
  • Fragmented Church Response: Churches disciple spiritually but often lack tools for economic discipleship

Sustainable Change Through Employment

Skill Development

We equip community members with practical agricultural techniques, modern farming methods, and entrepreneurial skills that create lasting economic independence. Through hands-on training in coffee cultivation, dairy management, and small business development, participants gain expertise that transforms them from employees into industry leaders and consultants who impact entire regions.
